Healthy Avocado-Sesame Salmon Salad

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  1. Grilled salmon fillet (preferably organic)
  2. 1/2 avocado sliced
  3. Mixed green vegetables (broccoli, beans, any greens of your liking)
  4. Sesame seeds (1 teaspoon), roasted for good flavour
  5. Olive oil and lemon juice or fresh orange juice (the juice of half an orange or lemon)
  6. Salt as per your taste

 

Instructions:

1. Grill the salmon fillet/fillets

2. Steam the broccoli and greens of your choice.

3. Toss together in a bowl the greens, avocado slices, olive oil and lemon or orange juice

4. Place grilled salmon on the bed of greens. Sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds on top of the salmon and veggies for added flavour.
