This 3 night/4 days getaway offers a unique twist on the traditional yoga retreat. It is a great opportunity to experience Seville, one of the most historical and beautiful cities in the world.

Seville isn’t s stressful city and with its pedestrian friendly streets and lack of heavy traffic, you can effortlessly navigate the city on foot, fully immersing yourself in its captivating sights and beauty.

I will be your private Yoga expert and organiser of this Urban Getaway (Sally Goldfinger). I know the city well and have spent much time in Seville over the years to get to know the areas, neighbourhoods, best places to eat and more.

Seville Urban Yoga Holiday allow you to experience the vibrant energy and beauty in Seville.

You will stay in a beautiful tranquil boutique hotel. There is a rooftop with a plunge pool, sun-beds and seated area.

YOGA

The Yoga classes will be be held on the roof or the terrace of the boutique hotel. Yoga style is a blend of energising Yoga in the morning and slower deep stretches in the late afternoon.

FOOD

You have delicious daily breakfast included, with food for every taste. There is a healthy breakfast buffet (yoghurt, muesli, plant-based milk, dairy, eggs, smoked salmon, fruits and more).

All dinners are included too, and will be enjoyed outside in local restaurants.

NO STRICT SCHEDULE

Yoga is optimal. There will an option to do yoga in the morning and late afternoon and you decide if you show up or prefer to sleep in or be out all day

The Urban Yoga Get-Away requires a minimum of 5 participants.

Accommodation/Price

Luxury room with double bed, en-suite. For an upgrade you may get a suite with terrace, Nespresso coffee machine and bathroom with bathtub.

Single Room En-suite/ Double Bed (1 person): 1589€ SPECIAL 20% discount OFFER for return clients: 1250€ (save 339€!)

Shared Room Ensuite/ 2 Single Beds (2 people traveling together): 865€ per person

Please note, that the shared option for 865€ is for 2 people arriving together. If you travel alone and wish to book a shared room the price is 1250€ due to the possibility of not having other guests book the same room/same option. In case another guest wishes to book a shared option, the price will be lower.

The 20% discount offer for return clients only applies to the single room, en-suite.

LOCATION

You will stay in one of the best neighbourhoods in Seville, located right at the heart if the city. Seville itself is very pedestrian friendly, and you can walk anywhere. All the important attractions are nearby. You can relax on the rooftop of the hotel. There is a small pool on the roof (splash pool). Go out for a walk. Enjoy your time!

Seville – Arriving

Seville has an international airport with many daily flights from everywhere in the world. The flight time from the UK and most North European cities is: 2 hrs 45 min

If you happen to be on holiday in Morocco and wish to fly to Seville the flight time is only: 30 minutes

With over a decade of of expertise, I offer morning sessions for a more energised start to your day and late afternoon sessions will be more relaxed to help you wind down and relax.

Classes are suitable for beginners and all levels of Yoga, for people who practise now and again and for anyone who simply wishes to enjoy time away where Yoga is optional.

Please note, that if you prefer intense Yoga with flying/jumping into poses, arm stands, flying in and out of handstand, this Yoga get-away won’t be for you as the classes do not cater for acrobatic Yoga.

Weather

The sun is always shining in beautiful Seville, and the sky is crisp blue.

However, keep in mind that Seville during December-March can get cold, especially in the mornings and after sunset. During the day temperatures are around 22 degrees, but evenings, nights and mornings are cold (often down to 8-9 degrees).

EXAMPLE OF DAILY SCHEDULE:

Arrival

Check in: From 2pm (If you arrive before 2 pm, you can leave your luggage in the reception until your room is ready). No Yoga on arrival day.

Dinner at 7.30 pm in town (few min walk away). For late arrivals (after 7:30 pm), there won’t be any dinner, sorry.

A DAY CAN LOOK LIKE THIS:

8:30Am: Morning Yoga

9:45AM: Nourishing Breakfast

11::00-16:00: Free time, enjoy the rooftop, plunge pool, sunbathe, go out for walks, etc

16:00-17:00: Tea, Coffee , Snack time

17:30-18:45: Yoga

19:30: Dinner (in town)

Departure

Please make sure you check out 12.00 noon. You can leave your luggage in the reception in case your flight is later in the day or use the many luggage storage families in Seville city.

How to get to your venue

You can take a taxi straight away from the airport. It isn’t more than 10-15€ one way. There is also a bus service straight to the city centre, outside the arrival hall. It takes around 30 minutes.
