1. The Consultation begins with a comprehensive questionnaire that I send to you via email, and you can complete it from the comfort of your own home, and send it back to me via email
2. Based on your responses, I will provide you with a fully personalised guidance that is tailored to your specific needs and high glucose issues. Additionally I will create a meal plan that aligns with your dietary requirements and helps you manage high glucose levels effectively!
3. You also receive ongoing support for 30 days. You can contact me, ask me any questions and we stay connected.

THE CONSULTATION: We can connect through video call or, if you prefer, we can communicate via voice messages on Whatsapp to ensure that you receive the support you need in a way that works best for you.

After payment you receive and email and send you a questionnaire.
