2. OPTIONAL but included for those who wish to have a zoom call – We hop on a laser-focused phone call or Zoom video call (20-25 minutes).
3. Next Moves – I give you a 3-step ‘Next Moves’ plan.
4. 5-Day ‘In-Your-Pocket’ Support: This is where most people fail—the execution. For the next 5 days, you have direct access to me via WhatsApp/Voice Message. Hit a craving? Unsure about a meal? Text me. I’m right there to keep you on track

Then we work together over 5 days via WhatsApp, voice messages, or email — whatever feels easiest for you. Included you have an optional zoom video call (20-25 minutes) or WhatsApp call (no video but normal phone call)
