Who doesn’t like a healthy sweet afternoon snack. I’m always in a chocolate-fig-coconut kinda mood . Here is my recipe for healthy Ayurveda energy balls:

You need:
Handful figs or raisins
Handful oats
Handful shredded coconut
2 tsp coco powder 
Cinnamon as pr your taste
Blend it all
Squeeze in a bit of fresh lemon or orange juice. Make your energy balls.Add honey or more raisins/figs in the mixture if you like it sweeter.
