Open to all levels of yoga experience, this yoga retreat in Italy is suitable to everyone interested in a relaxed yoga week where focus is de-stress and recharge. The yoga classes are a blend of gentle and strong yoga (Hatha & Vinyasa) to build flexibility, strength, strong core muscles and to allow time for reflection and relaxation. You will feel and look amazing and return home feeling healthier, lighter and stronger!
We will be staying in the region of Campana, only 1,5 hour drive from Naples. The region is also called “the land of Buffalo mozzarella” because of the famous organic buffalo mozzarella which is produced here in the region. You’’ll get the chance to explore a wonderful region of South Italy, stay in a beautiful family farm house and feel home away from home.
Your meals are vegetarain all week using local products and ingredients to create authentic Italian meals. For those who wish to enjoy locally produced wine (produced at the farmhouse) you can order wine with your dinner (wine is not included), lean back and enjoy your Yoga holiday.
The farmhouse is surrounded by amazing nature, and is a wonderful place to disconnect and give yourself a restful Yoga holiday, connect with new people and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in a non-competitive environment.

You need time to disconnect, and you prefer a Yoga holiday which doesn’t have a tight schedule with early 7am/8am classes, but a more laid back Yoga escape. You need time for YOU, and you are craving a rest from daily tasks, stress and millions things to do. Let me take care of your holiday, lean back and enjoy your week. This Retreat is perfect for beginners and all levels of Yoga. A beautiful week of Yoga, delicious healthy Italian food with an Ayurveda twist, sip on local Italian wine (should you wish to have locally produced wine with your dinner it’s possible), stretch and tone with Yoga, deep relaxation by the stunning pool and time for deep breaths.
The Retreat will be held in South Italy in the Campania region, an easy train ride from Naples airport (around 1-1.5 hours drive from Naples). The Campania region is also called “the land of Buffalo mozzarella” because of the famous organic buffalo mozzarella which is produced here.
Enjoy Yoga in a non-competitive and inspiring environment. The classes are a blend of Hatha (gentle) and Hatha flow/vinyasa (stronger). You practise takes place in a stunning Yoga space with amazing views.

Saturday, Check in: From 2.00pm (it is not possible to check in before 2.00pm!) If you arrive earlier you may leave your luggage in the reception area and wait until your room is ready. No Yoga on arrival day, as everyone arrives on different times. Dinner 7.30pm.
Departure day. Breakfast 9.00am-10.00am. No Yoga on departure day
Room check out 10.30 (it is not possible to check out from the rooms after 10.30am, but you may keep your luggage in the reception area if you have a late flight).
HOW TO GET HERE
It is easy to get here. Fly to Naples, and then take a direct train to Paestum Station (1 hour by train). Here you will be picked up with a smile!
You can aslo fly to Rome (flights are often cheaper but the train journey is longer), and then take the train to Paestum Station (3 hour journey). The train ride is nice and tranquil with lovely views. [/day]
